Low sugar and easy Tiramisu

Ingredients

  • 4 tbs oats
  • 1 ripe banana
  • shot of expresso coffee
  • 1 tbs rhum
  • 2 tbs cacao powder
  • 2 yemas de huevo
  • 2 tbs azúcar de mascabo, negra o rubia
  • 2 claras de huevo
  • 80 gr crema mascarpone
  • 1/2 tsp agar agar
  • cacao powder

Prevent the screen from locking

Recipe for 4 small servings. Blend oats and mix with mashed ripe banana. Add a lukewarm shot of expresso coffee, rhum, and cacao powder. Mix and let it rest on a fuente while you prepare the cream: Batir yemas de huevo con azúcar de mascabo, negra o rubia. Batir claras de huevo a nieve. Agregar crema mascarpone. Mezclar las tres cremas con movimientos envolventes. Add the cream mix on top of the dough. Note: In case the dough is too liquid (usually if you used filter coffee instead of expresso) you can mix the extra liquid with the cream and add activated agar agar. Sprinkle with desired amount of cacao powder. Let it sink in the fridge for a minimum of 2hs. Ideally for 24-48 hours. Enjoy 😋
