vegan choc & peanutbutter bonbons
Ingredients
- 50 gr dark chocolate
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 50 gr dark chocolate

Instructions
Prevent the screen from locking
1. Melt dark chocolate, preferably without added sugar in a bowl, au-bain-marie.
2. Divide the melted chocolate into a silicone mold and place mold in the fridge.
3. Mix peanut butter, almond flour, maple syrup into a paste.
4. Add a scoop of the mix onto each chocolate bottom and place the mold in the fridge again for 30 minutes.
5. Melt the other half of the dark chocolate and divide over the peanut butter scoops. Optional: add a hazelnut or other decoration on top.
6. Place mold in the fridge for another 30 minutes.
Delish with a oat-cappuccino!
