vegan creamy cashew awesomeness
Ingredients
- 200 gr cashew nuts
- 1 garlic
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/2 lemon lemon juice
- 1 tbsp miso paste
- 2 tbsp water
- salt
- pepper

Instructions
Prevent the screen from locking
1. Soak cashew nuts in a bowl of water for 15 minutes.
2. Drain the cashews and transfer them to the blender.
3. Add garlic, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, miso paste, water, salt and pepper and blend for 3 minutes until it's a smooth paste.
4. Add more water if you want to make it more creamy.
Delicious on homemade sourdough bread!
You can store the spread in a container in the fridge for a few days.
