Vegan peanut & gochujang noodles

Ingredients

  • 200 gr broccoli
  • 100 gr tofu
  • 2 tbsp peanutbutter
  • 1/2 tbsp gochujang
  • 1/2 lemon lemonjuice
  • 2 tbsp soysauce
  • 3 bits pressed garlic
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • water
  • 2 rolls noodles
  • 2 tbsp crushed cashew nuts
Instructions

Prevent the screen from locking

1. cut broccoli in small flowers. 2. cut tofu in slices and marinate them in your fav marination mix. 3. mix peanutbutter, gochujang, lemonjuice, soysauce, pressed garlic,{grated ginger}(1 cm), maple syrup in a cup and blend it all together with a spoon until a smooth paste. 4. Add water to the mix, little by little and blend it. 5. Fry cut broccoli in a pan with some soy sauce and garlic. Simmer with lid for 15 min, until soft and tender. 6. Fry tofu in pan until crunchy or heat in the oven for 15 min. 6. boil water in a pan and add the noodles, prepare according to package. 7. remove water from the pan and add liquid sauce and broccoli, mix well in the pan with noodles. 8. serve with tofu and crushed cashew nuts on top.
