Oat Egg Quick Flatbread
Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 3 tbs Oats
- 1/3 tsp Salt
- Dille, apio leaves, oregano, spring onion, basil, or anything similar
- 1 tbs Cooking Olive Oil
- Avocado, grated/sliced cheese, spinach, basil, tomato, olives, tofu
Instructions
Prevent the screen from locking
Blend Eggs with Oats
Add Salt and finely chopped greens:
Dille, apio leaves, oregano, spring onion, basil, or anything similar
Let it rest for 5 mins
Heat a pan with Cooking Olive Oil on medium fire
Pour the mix and spread evenly with a spoon.
Cook for 3 mins
Add on one half on the bread any filling you like:
Avocado, grated/sliced cheese, spinach, basil, tomato, olives, tofu
Fold the flatbread in half to cover the ingredients.
Cook until it feels good for you.
