Carrot cake

Ingredients

  • 50 gr sugar
  • 130 gr unsweetened apple sauce
  • 70 gr shredded carrot
  • lemon zest
  • 130 ml oat milk
  • 1 tbsp apple vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp sodium bicarbonate
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • cardamom
  • sea salt
  • cinnamon
  • 150 gr flour

Instructions

Prevent the screen from locking

1. Mix sugar and unsweetened apple sauce in a bowl. 2. Add the following ingredients and stir well: - shredded carrot - lemon zest - oat milk - apple vinegar - sodium bicarbonate - baking powder 3. Finally, add some cardamom, sea salt and cinnamon. 4. Add flour and stir really well. 5. Place the mix in a small cake pan with some vegan butter or oil. 6. Cook for 20 minutes at 200 C. (If you use gluten-free flour, you'll need around 35 minutes.)
