- 10 gr yeast
- 160 water
- 250 gr strong flour

Instructions
Prevent the screen from locking
Dissolve the yeast into the water.
Sift the strong flour into a large bowl.
Slowly incorporate the yeast mixture into the flour, kneading until a smooth dough forms.
Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and bulk ferment in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into 2 equal portions. Shape into balls, cover, and let proof for another 30 minutes.
You are done, it's ready to be used.
